FANTASTIC BUT NEED TO IMPROVE THE DETAILSWith small details you can promote the satisfaction a lot. you have very modern designed rooms but some facilities are in any hotel like kettle, tea, coffee (not optional based on the request from the reception) safe needs to be degital. no trust on mechanical key! location is great to get access to the heart of attaction places, although a bit noisy in street in the midnight.maybe sound proof windows help. all in all, i'd recommend the hotel to friends.6.5Recommended -

ATTENTIVE AND CARING STAFFOne of our traveling companions required medical attention and the front desk staff were very helpful in arranging transportation to the hospital and providing support and aid in her movement around the hotel. they showed compassion and care seldomly seen from people in the service industry.10Recommended -
